We believe in the importance of peer support, allyship and mentorship that helps enable professional career development. Through our surveys, conversations, and the past 20 years of work experience, we’ve come across very similar challenges that impact many working women, and we’re building out this membership-based initiative to tackle those challenges, together. We are also working with some of the best names to create mentorship and other opportunities, so you’ll find plenty of learning opportunities here. You’ll also find more on our About page
You get access to workshops and short modules designed by professionals for professionals to help you “upskill” in a way that’s clear and concise. Depending on the Membership tier, you also get access to group and select sessions on specific topics like Negotiation, Job search, Social Media, Leadership and Public Speaking, as well as access to professional development coaches and more.
With the paid annual membership, you’ll gain access to a growing network of incredible women with diverse backgrounds and talents, and can access our IRL events and meet-ups.

Does this mean we don’t have members with less experience? Not at all! We’re here if you are self-driven and looking to level up. You can register or email us for more (Team@tapintribe.com).

They are passionate about gender equality, pay parity, and want us to make a dent in the glass ceiling – especially as we don’t have to do all the heavy lifting alone.
