Why is consistency — especially tied with longevity — important? It’s an important part of stakeholder management, so she is talking about consistency with all stakeholders, from the communities that your company impacts, to your shareholders, to your employees. A good leader is consistent, has a good track record, and also of course creates a safe space, a safe harbour, where people “feel taken care of” as Sairee says.
